Brow House requires 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable but are transferrable with more than 48 hours notice.
Less than 48hrs notice requires you to rebook and pay a new deposit.
First 6-8 week touch up appointment is complimentary, failing to make this appointment without enough notice when rescheduling will result in an additional £50 charge to book another appointment time.
Patch tests are required if you have any metal allergies (please book consultation appointment).
You cannot be tattooed if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or had any chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the last 6 months.
No retinol or acids to be used 30 days prior to your appointment. It will affect your healed results.
